Getting Started
I am so glad you decided to take the leap and start learning how and why to set boundaries in your life!
This 2-week, self paced course is going to give you all the knowledge you need to start putting your foot down and letting the world know who is boss! This includes family, friends, co-workers, and even strangers (cause they are the worst with testing boundaries).
We’re going to start slow the first week. I’m going to lay out some information for you on what boundaries are in the first place, the types of boundaries there are, and 10 steps to setting and maintaining them. There will only be two journal topics this week so make sure you have your favorite notebook, or journal app ready to go!
The information for this week will be spread out across 5 days with 2 days built in to rest and absorb everything you just learned. Next week (week 2) will dive a bit deeper into the nitty gritty. There will be daily journal topics, a work sheet or two, and some practical exercises to tie everything together.
Don’t feel rushed to complete the course, if you need to rest then by all means take time to rest and come back! It might seem overwhelming at first but take it step by step and in no time at all this will become second nature to you too, just like eating, drinking or breathing.
Getting to know the creator:
I’m Moriah and I am the creator behind The Uncharted Adventure and this boundaries course. I’m a single mama to, two beautiful babies. A four year old little girl Alayna, and a one year old little boy Ashton. At the time I created this course we are a full time RV family living in Anchorage, AK. I have not always had a “perfect” life (nor do I to this day) however, my life after learning to set and maintain boundaries has become full of happiness, laughter and love. I have less stress knowing that I am living my life how I want to and not how others think I should. I’m still constantly learning how and when I need to set new boundaries but sharing my foundation is something I felt called to do.
After suffering a near death experience in 2021 I made an 180 degree shift in how I see and deal with life in general. I started putting my foot down in ways I’d never done before, and rattled cages I never in a million years dreamed of rattling. I started doing everything for me and my kids, and only us. Not caring what anyone else had to say, and if they got in my way I gently let them slip away (family included). I want to teach you how to do the same.
Don’t worry, this course isn’t meant to tell you how to live your life. It’s only goal is to teach you how to take these tools and use them in the life your trying to build. Take this information and mold it to your life, and continue to blossom from there.
