Readings:

  1. Wrap Up

Journal Prompts:

  1. “Brain Dump”

    1. This is how you will start every week. It’s exactly what it sounds like, you sit down and write whatever comes into your mind. Don’t overthink it!! It can be as simple as a grocery list, or as complex as an argument you had recently. This helps clear your mind of all distractions and keep you focused on the task at hand. (If your called to share anything please tag me @theunchartedadventure).

  2. Look back at your goals for this course. Did you accomplish those goals? Did your goals change?

    1. If you accomplished your goals, write how you think you did this. If your goals changed, how did you adjust your goals to align with your needs. Change is a part of life, being fluid and able to change with what you need in the moment is a wonderful thing to learn.

  3. What have you learned from this course?

    1. Obviously you came here to learn how to set boundaries!! But, what was your biggest takeaway from the course? Did you learn something new about yourself?

  4. Has your mindset shifted?

    1. Did your shift your way of thinking during this course? Did one of the lessons make you questions something, and make adjustments in your life? Maybe it didn’t, maybe you already were in the mindset you needed to accomplish everything.

  5. Hype Letter

    1. This will be your LAST journal entry for the course! How sad. You’re going to write yourself a hype letter. This can be anything you want it to be! It should be a reminder of why you are doing what you’re doing and what goals you have set for yourself. This will be something to pull out and read when things get a little tough, or you’re questioning yourself on whether you actually need that boundary.

Practical Exercise:

Last week’s exercise was recording yourself and making adjustments to conversations you had while setting your boundaries. This is your last practical exercise! You are ready to begin setting and enforcing your boundaries!

If you haven’t already started implementing the boundaries you want to set for yourself, this is your sign to go ahead and jump in feet first!
