Week 1.

This week is going to be focus on learning the basics. There will be a lot of information about what boundaries are, the types of boundaries, and the steps to take to set and maintain them. If you want to dig a little deeper make sure you check out my 6 week Advanced Boundaries Course.

This week we are going to lay the basic foundation for setting boundaries digging into what they are, what types there are, and the steps you can take to set and maintain them.

There is one main reading for this week “Defining Boundaries” which will not only have a detailed explanation. It will also contain the difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries. I also urge you to check out my blog for a few useful tips.
