Week 2.

This week is going to be focus on digging a little bit deeper into boundaries. You’ll learn the common types of boundaries, and the steps to setting boundaries.

There will be a couple exercises for you to complete this week too. If it takes you longer than a week to complete, that’s fine too. All that matters is you get finished.

If you haven’t already check out the Welcome page to get a basic run down on the course and a “meet the creator”.

“Do not justify, apologize for, or rationalize the healthy boundary you are setting. Do not argue. Just set the boundary calmly, firmly, clearly, and respectfully”

— Crystal Andrus

This week we are going to get a little deeper into the technicalities of setting boundaries. The 7 most common types of boundaries people set, as well as the 10 basic steps for setting boundaries.

Remember the steps for setting boundaries are a guideline to follow. They are NOT a set of rules written in stone. If they do not align with you as a person, take the guideline and use it to make you own rules. This is not a one size fits all thing. What works for me might not necessarily work for you and vice versa.

There are two main readings for this week. Check out the links below for the quick access PDF for the list of tasks for the week, as well as the readings.
