Welcome the the 6 week Advanced Boundaries Course. I am so glad you have made the decision to either start or continue on your boundary setting journey.

This is a self-paced course will all the information you need for success here at your finger tips. This program will consist of videos, text, journaling, and a few practical exercises.

Wrap Up

Tips:

Read over everything prior to starting for the week (you don’t have to finish all the readings up front), including all the journal prompts. Occasionally a journal prompt will be based of the reading, or the practical exercise will be based off of a journal prompt.

Reading over all of the information prior to starting will allow you to smoothly flow through the week. You don’t want to get all settled to write a journal prompt and then find out you have to read something else first. Personally this would throw off my whole schedule and I wouldn’t get accomplished what I sat down to accomplish.
